Application Instructions
Smooth a thin layer onto clean, dry legs to help reduce inflammation and ease discomfort. Do not apply to open wounds. Use with or without paper, plastic wrap, or bandages. Leave the poultice on overnight or approximately 12 hours then wash off with water if desired.

For topical use only. Not meant to be ingested. Keep away from immediate eye area. Do not use on open cuts or wounds.
